Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for regional Human Resources services such as C&B, Recruitment, Training and Employee Relations.
2. Fosters effective communication between employees and management team.
3. Participates in the formulation of policies and procedures.
4. Develops and executes company human resources policy and procedure.
5. Interacts with external government and agencies.
6. HR daily operation management.
7. Trains and supervises HR team to reach the Dept objectives.
8. Others HR project.
