*工作目的 

1.负责过程控制和产量提高。作为流程所有者，维护和制定流程工作说明和SOP，并推动合规性。 

2.支持持续改进诸如产量，成本，质量和生产率等关键指标，并努力实现既定目标。与部门互动，并支持新的产品和流程开发以及Subcon活动。 

 *主要职责

1.负责西安工厂的FMEA，CP和SOP等工艺技术文件； 

2.负责工艺的稳定性，提高各个工艺阶段的产量。 

3，实施新材料/工艺评估和鉴定;进行技术研究以改善产品 

4.可制造性，质量，可靠性和制造成本效益； 

5，进行操作人员培训和认证； 

6.生产纪律和5S。 

7.对质量问题采取纠正/预防措施。 

*最低职位要求 

1.本科以上学历 

2.两年以上经验。在半导体行业，汽车和注塑成型等领域 

3.具有FMEA＆CP，SPC，质量体系的知识，需要包装和组装过程控制经验。 

4.熟悉流程控制和统计分析，良好的项目管理和表达能力。良好的英语口语和书面能力。熟悉Microsoft Office和Auto CAD。

Job Purpose

1.Responsible for process control and yield improvement. As process owner, maintain and develop process work instruction and SOPs and drive for compliance.

2.Support continuous improvements on key indices such as Yield, Cost, Quality and Productivity and drive to meet set targets.  Interacts with Divisions and support new Product and Process developments as well as Subcon activities.

Major Responsibilities

1.Responsible for process technical document such as FMEA, CP and SOP in plant Xi’an;

2.In charge of process stabilities and yield improvement of respective process stage.

3.Implement new material/process evaluation and qualification; Implement technical studies to improve products 4.manufacturability, quality, reliability and manufacturing cost effectiveness;

5.Conducts operator training and certification;

6.Production discipline and 5S.

7.Implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.

  

Minimum Position Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.Above 2 years exp. in semi- conductor industry, automotive and injection molding etc.

3.Knowledge of FMEA&CP,SPC, Quality Systems.,packaging and assembly process control experience is needed.

4.Familiar with process control and statistical analysis, good project management and presentation skills. Good command of English both oral and written. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Auto CAD.
