1. Payroll & compensation support:   a) Social Insurance & IIT support;  b)To provide OT hours and annual leave data to C&B team

2. Attendance management: a) Attendance data management: including attendance analysis consolidation, check all dept. attendance data & maintain annual leave in Cityray system; b) Attendance clerks management

3.HRIS:

a) P-file management: including to update & maintain employee information in Cityray, employee labor contract management, P-file hard copy management.

b) Report: To provide monthly TM1 report & e-HR report & local relevant HC reports

c) User account management: new user account & account termination

d) To handle onboarding and exit procedure

4. DL recruitment: a) Interview arrangement b)DL recruitment related report  

5. Training: a) New hire Orientation; b)Training logistics c) Training record management d) DL certificate & special position certificate management e)To follow up the training courses in annual training plan f)Training hours report

6. HR Administration: a) Employer Liability  insurance b)Employee commercial insurance c)Support HR manager to complete annual PA

Requirments

• Min 2 years of experience – payroll or com and bens or IT related

• Good in English – spoken and written

• Good organization skill and analytical

5. 培训：a）新员工入职培训； b）培训后勤；c）培训记录管理；d）DL证书和特殊职位证书管理；e）跟踪年度培训计划中的培训课程；f）培训相关报告

6. 员工关系：a）雇主责任保险；b）员工商业保险；c）支持人力资源经理完成年度PA

要求

1、2年以上的经验-薪酬社保或考勤管理相关

2、良好的英语读写和听说能力

3、良好的组织能力和分析能力
