Job Description

As Sr. Engineer, Comm and Program in MXA you will ensure a timely and effective communication structure and platform for MXA. You will also perform as MXA BCP coordinator and drive for continuous improvement which will ensure our business continuity and improve site crisis management capability. You will support MXA weekly ops meeting and consolidate site wide strategic and tactical projects (MXAAA/Culture Champion/Sanjay Challenge etc.) to ensure business success. As the owner of site wide communication and program/projects coordination, this role requires a keen sense of ownership, flexibility and ability to coordinate between site and network, willingness of flexible working hours, good communication and presentation skills, & an organized qualitative data driven program management.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• MXA all TMs email blast/communication board/digital TV communication management
• Work with MXA BCP reps to do Business impact analysis/risk assessment/BCP continuous improvement projects and BCP annual exercise 
• MXAAA/Culture champion/Sanjay challenge
• Support MXA Ops meeting
• Site dashboard report & tracking maintenance
• Site internal communication back up (weekly report/newsletter etc.)
• Support QER (Quarterly Engineering Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) MXA slides preparation

  Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and above.
• Major in Engineering/Business administration or an equivalent related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Finance, project management or other related work experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, approachability, responsiveness, ability to work easily within and outside a team, strong collaboration skills, and good interpersonal skills
• Strong data driven mentality for decision making.
• Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis and problem solving.
• The willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required
• The ability to work closely with others in a team environment
• Systems knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Project, Visio, Access), Advanced data skills on visualization software such as Tableau
