Job Overview概述

  • Reporting to the Operations Director, the Supply Chain Manager shall demonstrate leadership in communicating and facilitating team members towards alignment with business goals, Company Policies & Regulations, policy deployment targets, work processes, and any company programs so as to ensure the company long term goals are met.

  • He/she is responsible for managing the supply chain for the Value Stream to ensure optimum flow & timely product delivery, including maximizing operational & commercial aspects of stock management. He/she will manage a diverse team with activities covering CAPEX, MRP planning, inventory control, procurement, receiving store, inventory store and shipping store.

Roles & Responsibilities角色及责任

  • Provide leadership & guidance to assigned personnel and manage their performance and productivity including appraisals, development, absence, overtime, holidays, disciplinary and adherence to any company regulations so that the team is well-aligned with company goals. Ensure all work meets proper work procedures/practices, quality and air-worthiness directives requirements.
  • 为实际采购人员提供指导,管理他们的业绩和生产力,包括评估、发展、缺席、加班、休假、纪律和遵守公司规定,使团队与公司目标保持一致。确保所有工作符合适当的工作程序/惯例、质量和适航指令要求。

· Select, hire, train, coach, and provide leadership and direction of assigned personnel for on-time delivery of plan with quality build-in.

· 负责实际采购人员的选择、聘用、培训和指导,并为按时交付质量计划的人员提供指导。

  • Ensure effective communication of business issues and changes in company initiatives and plans going forward for alignment.
  • 确保业务问题以及公司计划调整的有效沟通,并推进目标的一致性。

· Collaborating with Operations Director and Operations Manager to ensure on-time delivery & quality in a Lean manner using Policy Deployment for continuous improvement.

· 与运营总监、运营经理合作,通过持续改进的策略部署,确保准时交付以及效率和质量的精益管理。

· Maintain the stock levels while ensure availability of stock at the point of use.

· 维持库存水平,确保库存的可用性。

· Ensure stock accuracy and efficient utilization of working capital.

· 确保库存准确率和营运资金的有效使用。

· Prepare, propose and negotiate contracts related to CAPEX (Capital Expenditure, Investment) activities.

· 负责CAPEX(资本支出、投资)相关合同的筹备、提议和沟通。

· Responsible for office equipment and services purchasing.

· 负责办公室设备和服务的采购。

· Measure and report on various key performance indicators (KPI) linked to operational performance of the Value Stream operations.

· 负责对生产流程运行表现的关键绩效指标进行衡量和报告。

· Act as the driver and catalyst for change in continuous improvement activities using Lean-Sigma tools & methodologies.

Job Requirements职位要求

  • Degree in Business Administration / Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 工商管理/机械工程相关专业本科以上学历。
  • Able to converse fluently and write well in Chinese and English Language.

Professional Experience职业经历

  • Minimum 3 years purchase management related working experience in aviation industry.
  • 至少3年航空采购管理相关工作经历。
  • A comprehensive understanding of the MRO business environment and its commercial drivers & customer needs.

  • Working knowledge of Lean principles tools and improvement techniques coupled with a proven track record of implementing value-added improvements.
