Job Overview概述

·         Reporting to the Engineering & Process Manager, he/she will be responsible for ensuring all MRO processes conform to requirements from airworthiness authorities, manufacturers and customers. He/she is the process subject matter experts who will work closely across all Operations to maintain the robustness of Machining, Plating, NDT, Painting and Laboratory activities in line with Policy Deployment objectives.

·         Create and maintain necessary shop document to ensure compliance with specification revision.

·         Provide workshop personnel with day to day support and enquiry on process.

·          为车间人员提供日常生产及工艺流程支持。

·         Continuously identify process improvement opportunities so as to achieve better product quality and work efficiency.

·         不断改进工艺流程，提升产品质量和工作效率。

·         Support workshop personnel on both existing and new fixture designing, modification and prior to purchase review. Set up new Equipment / Machine or modify existing set up for increase in capability.

·         支持车间人员对现有和新增工具/工装/设备设计、修改和预采购提供决策性建议。装配新设备，或改进现有设备以提高生产效率。

·         Establish process/equipment preventive maintenance schedule/plan and liaison with contractor on its implementation.

·          建立工艺/设备保养计划，并与厂商联系确保按计划执行。

·         Provide and implement process equipment reliability & availability improvement plans.

·          提出并落实工艺设备可靠性和可用性改进计划。

·         Provide process equipment breakdown troubleshooting support and liaison with contractor on equipment recovery.

·         为工艺设备的保养提供支持，并与厂商联系设备回收事宜。

·         Ensure that all the process issues are resolved in a timely manner, hence enabling smooth operation and production.

·         确保所有工艺流程问题及时得到解决，从而使操作和生产顺利进行。

·         Carry out feasibility studies for new process capability setup. Initiate, plan and carry out the setting up of the approved capabilities with full commissioning / industrialization as the end-target.

·         对新工艺性能设置进行可行性研究。启动、计划和执行已批准的工艺流程 ，并最终进行完全调试和产业化。

·         Set up new specification capability on existing special processes or new special processes. Special Process Qualification.

·         在现有和新增的特殊工艺流程中建立新的标准，特殊工艺资格。

·         Review special processes requirement for new product part number / CMM. è New Capability Review、

·         审查新产品零件号和CMM的特殊工艺要求。新功能检查

·         Perform process non-conformance gap analysis and establish corrective & preventive actions.

·         对不合规的工艺流程进行差距分析，并建立纠正和预防措施。

·         Participate actively in contributing to 6S, HSE initiatives and lean-sigma program.

·         积极参与6S,HSE和精益西格玛项目和活动。

·         Provide relevant support to Waste Water Treatment plant.

Job Requirements职位要求

Degree in Chemical / Materials Science Engineering or any other related disciplines with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Junior college degree with a minimum 8 years of relevant working experience..

·         化学、材料科学工程及相关专业本科及以上学历，至少3年相关工作经验。大专学历至少8年相关工作经验。

·           Able to converse fluently and write well in Chinese and English Language.

能够流利地用英语交谈并具备良好的中英文读写能力。

Professional Experience职业经历

·         Working knowledge of Lean principles tools and improvement techniques coupled with a proven track record of implementing value-added improvements.

·         具备精益原则工具和改进技术的工作知识，以及实现持续改进的可靠记录。

·         Knowledge of MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & AutoCAD / CATIA.

·        熟练掌握MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD / CATIA。

·         Preferably with Project Management skill

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an.
