Job Overview

Reporting to a team leader in NDT shop and he/she is responsible for NDT inspection.

全面负责起落架及部件的无损检测工作。   

Roles & Responsibilities    

·         To perform any 2 or more NDT methods of inspection which may include flourescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, nital etch or eddy current inspection or ultrasonic inspection which meets the manufacturer's standard practices and specification. 

·         根据生产制造商标准要求，实施任意二种以上航空器部附件无损探伤检测，如：渗透、磁粉、蚀刻、涡流和超声波。

·         Other duties which also includes blending off defects which will affect the serviceability of the parts.

·         去除影响部件使用性能的缺陷。

·         He must be able to carry out quality check on NDT solution and calibration of NDT equipment. 

·         对无损探伤溶液进行质量检查，对无损探伤设备进行校准。

·         Participate actively in contributing to 6S, HSE initiatives and lean-sigma program.

·         积极参与6S,HSE和精益西格玛项目和活动。

·         Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

·         执行上级分配的其它工作。

Job Requirements

·         Junior college degree in science and engineering.

·         理工类大专以上学历。

·         China Civil Aviation Certificate for the Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel.

·         取得中国民航无损检测证书。

·         He/she must understand, read, and write English.

·         必须可以懂，读，写英语。

Professional Experience

At least 3 years' practical experience in MPI & FPI methods with relevant certification.

至少3年NDT实践经验，具备MPI和FPI相关证书。

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an. Today, Xi'an has already become the aviation hub and aviation maintenance center, hence it is deemed as an ideal location of XIESA, the new landing gear MRO center. The center is XIESA companies to provide landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) services center of excellence. The capital of Shaanxi province, Xi'an offers a large pool of top-flight skills for XIESA, which aims to provide outstanding local services. The company's priority will be the Chinese domestic market, in a country that is now one of the world's leading aviation markets, with fleets of single-aisle jets arriving at maturity, and therefore requiring landing gear overhauls.

厂区面积11,000平方米，其中车间8,700平方米。2017年7月开工建设，将于2019年9月投入运营。为东航及其他中国客户空客A320和波音737机队的起落架提供维护和修理服务。
