Job Overview概述

·         Reporting to a Team Leader and he/she is responsible for the repair work.

向运营经理汇报，负责部件的维修工作。

Roles & Responsibilities角色及责任

·         Perform the disassembly of landing gear and components. 

·         组装拆卸起落架及配件。

·         Perform the cleaning and segregation of components

·         对组件进行清洗和分离。

·         Perform Part Inspection to determine the serviceability of parts.

·         进行部件检验，确定部件使用功能。

·         Perform Pre-Assembly & Kitting tasks.

·         进行部件分解和预装配。

·         Assembly & Testing of landing gears and components. 

·         安装和测试起落架及其配件。

·         Perform any tasks assigned by leaders or managers related to Landing Gear Overhaul

·         执行任何班组长或经理指定的，和起落架维修相关的工作

·         Participate actively in contributing to 6S, HSE initiatives and lean-sigma program.

·         积极参与6S,HSE和精益西格玛项目和活动。

Job Requirements需求

·         Secondary Technical school degree in science and engineering

·         理工类中专以上学历

·         Committed and able to work OT if required.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills特长

·         Familiar with CMM / SLs / SBs /ADs

·           对CMM/ SLs/SBs/ADs手册及资料熟悉。

·         Use of basic tools, special test equipment and tooling. 

·           对基本工具、特殊检测工具的熟练运用。

·         Preferably trained in lifting and hoist system operations.

有起重吊装工作经验或相关培训者优先。

XIESA (Xi'an CEA Safran Landing Systems Services Co., Ltd), a joint venture agreement signed on November, 2016betweenby China Eastern Airlines, one of China's three major state-owned backbone of the air transport group, and Safran, the French aerospace and defense group and registered on Jul. 2017. XIESA is owned 50% by China Eastern Airlines and 50% by Safran Landing Systems.

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an. Today, Xi'an has already become the aviation hub and aviation maintenance center, hence it is deemed as an ideal location of XIESA, the new landing gear MRO center. The center is XIESA companies to provide landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) services center of excellence. The capital of Shaanxi province, Xi'an offers a large pool of top-flight skills for XIESA, which aims to provide outstanding local services. The company's priority will be the Chinese domestic market, in a country that is now one of the world's leading aviation markets, with fleets of single-aisle jets arriving at maturity, and therefore requiring landing gear overhauls.

厂区面积11,000平方米，其中车间8,700平方米。2017年7月开工建设，将于2019年9月投入运营。为东航及其他中国客户空客A320和波音737机队的起落架提供维护和修理服务。
