Job Overview

Reporting to Paint Shop team leader, he/she is responsible for preparing landing gears and components for primer and finish paint application; apply finishing to a variety of parts and/or assemblies in accordance with approved procedures.

向班组长汇报，根据程序对起落架及部件进行底漆和面漆的喷漆工作。

Roles & Responsibilities       

·         Perform surface preparation of landing gears and components prior to painting by degreasing and masking as necessary.

·         对起落架及部件进行表面处理，再根据要求进行去污和覆盖喷漆。

·         Perform spray paint finishes to parts or assemblies in accordance with procedures.

·         按照零部件装配程序对其进行喷漆涂装。

·         Check and ensure that all surfaces are cleaned before painting is carried out to achieve good quality results.

·         喷漆前检查并确保部附件表面清洁，保证喷漆质量。

·         Use painting equipment including brushes and spray guns to perform minor rework or touch-up as necessary.

·         根据需要用漆刷和喷漆枪等喷漆设备进行补漆。

·         Perform all work in accordance with established safety and compliance procedures. 

·         按照安全规定及合规程序要求进行操作。

·         Participate actively in contributing to 6S, HSE initiatives and lean-sigma program.

·         积极参与6S,HSE和精益西格玛项目和活动。

·         To perform daily or scheduled maintenance check on equipment.

·         进行设备的日常和计划性维修检查。

·         Any other duties as assigned.

·         完成上级安排的其它工作。

Job Requirements

·         Minimum attended technical school in Mechanical or related disciplines. 

·         机械及相关专业中专以上学历。

·         Able to apply basic math and use some measuring instruments.

·         具备基础数学知识且会使用测量仪表。

·         Highly accurate and detailed oriented is a must.

·         关注细节，能够做到高度精确。

·         Good and consistent attendance at work.

·         能够保证持续且良好的出勤率。

·         Observe good punctuality during working hours.

·         良好的时间观念。

·         Disciplined and self-motivated with emphasis on quality work. "Doing the first time right" attitude.

Professional Experience

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an. Today, Xi'an has already become the aviation hub and aviation maintenance center, hence it is deemed as an ideal location of XIESA, the new landing gear MRO center. The center is XIESA companies to provide landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) services center of excellence. The capital of Shaanxi province, Xi'an offers a large pool of top-flight skills for XIESA, which aims to provide outstanding local services. The company's priority will be the Chinese domestic market, in a country that is now one of the world's leading aviation markets, with fleets of single-aisle jets arriving at maturity, and therefore requiring landing gear overhauls.

厂区面积11,000平方米，其中车间8,700平方米。2017年7月开工建设，将于2019年9月投入运营。为东航及其他中国客户空客A320和波音737机队的起落架提供维护和修理服务。
