·         Reporting to Operations Manager, he/she is responsible for the repair work.

Roles & Responsibilities角色及责任

·         Perform machining tasks such as grinding, milling, turning, polishing and other machining activities on CNC and manual machines.

·         完成机械加工相关工作，如研磨、抛光、车削、打磨及其它机械加工活动，进行数控机床以及手动机械的操作。

·         Perform maintenance activities of machines if appropriate.

·         根据要求，进行机械设备的维护保养。

·         Participate actively in contributing to 6S, HSE initiatives and lean-sigma program.

·         积极参与6S,HSE和精益西格玛项目和活动。

Job Requirements需求

·         Technical secondary school degree in Mechanical.

机械相关专业中专以上学历。     

Professional Experience职业经历

• Hold a relevant professional qualification certificate in machining
• 持有机械加工相关职业资格证书

·         Committed and able to work OT if required. 

• 能够接受偶尔的加班工作。
• Good and consistent attendance at work. 
• 能够保证持续且良好的出勤率。
• Observe good punctuality during working hours.
• 良好的时间观念。
• Disciplined and self-motivated, conforming and understand quality work. “Doing the first time right” attitude.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills特长

·         Familiar with CMM / SLs / SBs /ADs.

·           熟悉CMM/ SLs/SBs/ADs手册及资料。

·         Use of basic tools, special test equipment and tooling. 

·           熟练运用基本工具及特殊检测工具。

·         Preferably trained in lifting and hoist system operations.

有起重吊装工作经验或相关培训者优先。

XIESA (Xi'an CEA Safran Landing Systems Services Co., Ltd), a joint venture agreement signed on November, 2016betweenby China Eastern Airlines, one of China's three major state-owned backbone of the air transport group, and Safran, the French aerospace and defense group and registered on Jul. 2017. XIESA is owned 50% by China Eastern Airlines and 50% by Safran Landing Systems.

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an. Today, Xi'an has already become the aviation hub and aviation maintenance center, hence it is deemed as an ideal location of XIESA, the new landing gear MRO center. The center is XIESA companies to provide landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) services center of excellence. 厂区面积11,000平方米，其中车间8,700平方米。2017年7月开工建设，将于2019年9月投入运营。为东航及其他中国客户空客A320和波音737机队的起落架提供维护和修理服务。
