Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, he/she is Mainly responsible for import and export goods declaration and logistics business.

Roles & Responsibility角色及责任

· Keep track of shipment status and connect with forwarder(s) and broker(s) to guarantee material importing/exporting on schedule;

· 跟踪货物的装运和物流情况，与货代和报关行联系，以保证物料的进口/出口按期完成;

· Manage forwarders and brokers to secure cost and speed consistency on basis of logistics policy. Timely deliver performance reports of forwarders and brokers;

· 根据物流政策管理货代和报关行，确保成本和速度的一致性。及时提交货代和代理商的业绩报告;

· Take responsibilities for handling customs duties and other charges. Manage database of duty classification and rates;

· 负责处理海关关税及其他费用。管理职务分类及税率数据库;

· Be able to apply Materials Bonded E-book for customs and establish material bonded procedures;

· 能够申请海关保税电子账册，建立保税物料管理程序;

· Ensure adequate E-book for customs. Manage the certificate of origin (COO). Organize and maintain documentation for retention period;

· 建立和维护海关的电子账册。原产地证书管理。负责清关资料的整理和维护；

· Provide initiatives of import/export cost reduction;

· 降低进出口成本的措施及方案的提出;

· Support the activities of new project(s); consolidate/de-consolidate the lean logistics network; logistics suppliers sourcing and management;

· 为新项目提供支持;加强并不断巩固精益物流网络管理;物流供应商的采购和管理;

· Monitor import/export times and develop new approaches to improve the efficiency;

· 对进出口活动进行监控，并不断提高效率；

· Audit freight bills, log as required for timely payment;

· 审核运费单，按要求进行记录，及时付款;

· Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager, such as shipping

Job Requirements要求

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent education experience, supply chain/logistics is preferred;

本科或同等学历，供应链/物流专业优先;

Professional Experience职业经历

· At least 2 years' experience on import/export, international trade or logistics, Bonded area working experience is a plus;

· 2年以上进出口、国际贸易或物流，有保税区工作经验者优先;。

· Operation experience involving ocean/ air/ truck/train international freight, forwarding sourcing and contracting; · 具有海运/空运/卡车/火车国际货运，货运代理及外包经验;

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills特长技巧

· Good English in oral and writing；

· 良好的英语口语及书写能力；

· Strong skills in logistics cost analysis, network design and optimization, performance measurement reporting and problem solving;

· 较强的物流成本分析、网络设计和优化、绩效报告和问题解决能力;

· Strong interpersonal communication skills;

XIESA (Xi'an CEA Safran Landing Systems Services Co., Ltd), a joint venture agreement signed on November, 2016betweenby China Eastern Airlines, one of China's three major state-owned backbone of the air transport group, and Safran, the French aerospace and defense group and registered on Jul. 2017. XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an. Today, Xi'an has already become the aviation hub and aviation maintenance center, hence it is deemed as an ideal location of XIESA, the new landing gear MRO center. The center is XIESA companies to provide landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) services center of excellence. The capital of Shaanxi province, Xi'an offers a large pool of top-flight skills for XIESA, which aims to provide outstanding local services. 厂区面积11,000平方米，其中车间8,700平方米。2017年7月开工建设，将于2019年9月投入运营。为东航及其他中国客户空客A320和波音737机队的起落架提供维护和修理服务。
