What’s expected:

• A strong technical background to quickly understand the complexities of enterprise SaaS product
• Ability to handle and solve complex issues in systematic and creative ways
• Strong leadership capabilities that elevate the skills and output of an engineering team
• Effectiveness in collaboration across global technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to implement software development best practices that encourage high levels of security and performance
• Ability to leverage modern software architecture, design patterns, and solutions to increase value of a strong platform
• Ability to effectively architect for greenfield products/features, but also manage existing code bases

What you’ll need to be successful:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience software development experience
• 3+ years of technical leadership
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Strong ability to communicate concisely and with precision, in English
• Clear and coherent written communication, including visual representations of data, in English
• Experience with microservices preferred
• Experience with global engineering teams highly preferred
