职责：

- 领导软件开发团队，在客户需求的基础上为其提供解决方案

- 与欧美客户或项目经理沟通，了解客户需求和处理反馈

- 撰写英文技术文档

- 参与售前技术活动，包括撰写英文提案，用英文做陈述报告

任职资格：

- 本科或同等学历毕业后，具有8年以上的商业软件开发经验

- 能够完成基于MS .NET的企业级的模块化设计以及跨模块设计

- 有最前沿的.Net技术实践经验，特别是企业级服务，服务器集群，WSE，O/R Mapping，分布式事务处理，NUnit/NAnt等

- 有丰富的软件开发流程经验,其中涵盖进行重大改进的经验

- 英语流利

- 能到欧美客户端出差

Responsibilities:

-Lead a project team of software engineers to deliver solutions to client based on software requirement specifications

-Interface with client and project managers in the US or Europe to understand client requirements and feedback

-Author technical documents in English

-Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including writing of proposals and delivery of presentations in English

Qualifications:

-8+ years experience in commercial software development after receiving the BS degree, or equivalent years with higher degrees

-Ability to architect vertical slices of an enterprise level software based on MS .Net architecture, DCOM/COM+ architecture or a horizontal layer of such software

-Hands-on experience with leading edge .NET technologies, especially Enterprise Service, Cluster Server, WSE, O/R Mapping, Distributed Transaction, and NUnit/NAnt

-Experience in software development processes, including implementing major improvements

-Fluent in English

-Able to travel to client site, often in the US or Europe
