工作职责:

医院/诊所临床进行心理治疗与心理咨询

针对同一人群重点关注议题，进行团体治疗与心理咨询

开展心理专题讲座

定期与心理科医生、护士、临床药师等开展MDT小组会议

参与机构内朋辈督导小组等临床心理服务会议

任职资格:

心理学相关专业学历背景

海外的临床/咨询心理学（Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology）、临床心理健康咨询（Clinical Mental Health Counseling）、临床社工（Clinical Social Worker）或婚姻与家庭治疗（Marriage and Family Therapy）专业背景优先

Practice Qualification执业资格要求：

有专业认证的执业资格，如卫生部心理治疗师、人社部心理咨询师、中国心理学会注册系统注册心理师、持有或曾经持有海外的执业资质

接受过完整的职业伦理及相关法规培训

Other Requirements其他要求：

有循证咨询技术培训与实践基础，有较成熟的团体治疗实践基础。

有CBT，DBT，ACT诊疗与培训经验者优先

有海外经验者优先

工作经验：

有2年以上接受督导的全职从业时长

累计不低于800+小时个体心理咨询，以及不低于100小时团体咨询带领经验

有在医疗机构心理科全职从业经验者优先

其他要求：

有循证咨询技术培训与实践基础，有较成熟的团体治疗实践基础。

有CBT，DBT，ACT诊疗与培训经验者优先

有海外经验者优先
