Description

1、 负责公司产品质量管控与生产过程监督，确保生产过程按照规定的流程与标准进行；控制生产过程中产生的损耗及报废标准，并分析不合理原因进行改进

Responsible for monitoring production and product quality to ensure its conformity to the regulated process requirement and standard. Control the level of loss and rejection during production, analyze the unreasonable for the improvement

2、 对出现的产品质量、原材料质量、生产过程等质量问题及时进行调查与处理；接受与处理客户投诉，负责并组织相关人员对投诉问题进行分析，制定改善政策，并跟踪改善措施的实际效果

Investigate and handle the quality issues in aspects of the product, raw material and production; deal with customer claim, organize the analysis of claim and setup correction plan while follow it up to check its actual results.

3、 对公司采购的原物料进行质量监督与管理；定期对供应商进行考核

Conduct the quality control over the material procurement; Examine the suppliers periodically.

4、 编制与审核公司相关质量标准与流程相关文件，组织并负责相关质量培训工作，确保供应商及相关人员了解并熟悉相关标准与要求

Prepare the documents related to quality standards and process, organize the quality training to ensure the suppliers and related persons are familiar with the standards and requirements.

5、 与生产、采购、物流等部门进行协作，提出改进措施，强化质量管控

Coordinate with production, procurement and logistics dept and etc, propose the improvement measures, solidify the quality control

职位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，机械或机电一体化相关专业，专业从事质量管理工作3年以上；

2、熟悉钣金、机加工等生产工艺和质量标准，具备建立质量规范和体系了解各种金属材料

能适应出差，可独立工作，抗压性强

3、良好的沟通及表达能力，性格开朗、思维敏捷，具团队意识和工作责任感，能承受一定的工作压力

Good at communication and expression, outgoing, alert, with high team spirit and strong responsibility.
