Technical Purchaser--- Job Description: 职位描述 ：技术型采购员----横沥（外资急聘）

Technical Purchaser Job Description: 职位描述 ：

1.Bachelor or Highschool graduate with good understanding and sense in engineering drawing, product specification

高中或本科以上学历，对工程图纸、产品规格有一定的了解。

2.Basic knowledge or experience in diversity of processes from raw material to finish goods including surface treatment.

熟悉原材料到成品（包括表面处理）的制成过程，并有一定的工作经验。

3.Good knowledge purchasing on metal parts, plastic raw materials, die casting parts, packaging, know the market price and trend

熟悉金属零件、塑胶原料、压铸零件、包材的采购，了解市场价格和趋势。

4.Familiar with the machining process (like CNC, Deep Drilling, Wire-cutting, EDM)

熟悉加工过程（如CNC，深钻，线切割，EDM）

5.Experience in Purchasing at related manufacture industry over 3 years, Chinese fluent in speaking, read and write English preferred with experience in International environment.

三年以上相关制造业的采购经验，很强的中文表达能力，英语读写流畅，有外资公司工作经验者优先。

6.Responsible for new project purchasing development.

7.Responsible for strategic supplier management, including supplier sourcing and development, qualification & delivery control

负责战略性供应链管理，包括供应商的开发、审核和跟踪交期。

8.Responsible for product market bench marking, prices inquiry and sampling to ensure our products according to the market prices.

负责产品市场调研、询价和打样确认，以确保我们的产品符合技术要求以及合理的价格。

9.Be familiar with raw materials indicators.

熟悉原材料的各项技术参数以及标准。

10.Good analytical abilities to assess the performance of suppliers against criteria such as quality,

具有良好的分析能力，并对产品/原料的品质判定有一定的了解。

11.cost, reliability, ability to innovate and financial stability, and financial skills to assess the total cost of dealing with a supplier, including price and factors such as the costs of delivery, administration quality control

对成本管控的一定的经验，具有很强的沟通能力以及技巧，熟悉产品单价 、运输成本、管理成本的核算及管控。
