工作职责:

诊所临床进行个案心理咨询/心理治疗；

针对同一人群重点关注议题，进行团体治疗/咨询服务；

开展心理专题讲座；

定期与心理科医生、护士、团体治疗师、临床药师等开展MDT小组会议。

任职资格:

教育背景：

心理学相关专业硕士研究生及以上；

有海外的临床/咨询心理学（Counseling Psychology /ClinicalPsychology）、临床心理健康咨询（Clinical Mental HealthCounseling）、临床社工（ClinicalSocial Worker）或婚姻与家庭治疗（Marriage and Family Therapy）专业背景优先；

工作经验：

有3年以上接受督导的全职从业时长，累计不低于3000小时个体心理咨询，以及不低于100小时团体咨询带领经验。

有在医疗机构心理科全职从业经验者优先。

执业资格要求：

有专业认证的执业资格，如卫生部心理治疗师、二级心理咨询师、中国心理学会注册系统注册心理师、持有或曾经持有海外的执业资质。接受过完整的职业伦理及相关法规培训；

其他执业要求：熟悉循证咨询理论, 擅长CBT治疗理论与治疗实践；熟悉MDT诊疗督导模型；擅长团体治疗理论与治疗实践。
