岗位职责：

1）执行公司的标准化运作体系、培训体系、财务以及人力资源政策与程序 

    

2）给予新项目投标支持、方案输出

    

3）完成新项目初始化支持工作，并在新项目上植入重要/核心程序 

    

4）定期与区域运作负责人沟通，制定培训及支持计划及工作，提高项目环境服务质量及劳动效能 

    

5）按计划完成项目质量管理评定工作，并指导、激励经理工作 

    

6）负责专业管理辅助软件在项目的推行及使用跟踪 

    

7）对保洁设备/工具和药剂的使用信息进行收集和分析并提出合理化建议，同时协助相关部门完成测试工作

    

8）完成上级指派的其他工作 

    

 岗位要求：

    

1）教育水平：统招本科及以上，具有良好的书面文字功底；

    

2）工作经验：熟悉环境业务，特别是项目清洁业务运作（排班与日常管理、标准化、初始化落地、服务创新）；  

    

3）形象气质：身体健康，形象气质佳，举止修养良好，勇于接受挑战，性格开朗外向 

    

4）综合能力： 沟通能力良好，富有团队合作精神，有较强的逻辑和观察能力 ，能够督促各项目各项创新、问题整改、QPE工作改进

    

5）办公软件： 熟练使用WINDOWS操作系统和OFFICE办公软件，包括Excel数据处理及制作PPT培训课件 

    

6）外语要求： 英语六级以上 

    

7）出差概率：能适应经常性出差和较大强度工作压力 

    

8）BASE地点：上海；
