Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to department head as well as other principles including schedule and accommodation arrangement under limited supervision;
Serve as resource person for standard departmental and corporate procedures and practices;Assist colleagues to find way to resolve issues for any urgent case.

Responsibilities:
? Manage the calendar and travel arrangements for department head or other principals, coordinating with internal and external contacts as needed;
? Schedule all meetings as requested for or with the department head;
? Work with department head to plan, organize, and prioritize work activities;
? Assist the department head to liaise and interface with other management locally and internationally, employees at all level, and external business contacts;
? Establish a good filing system to maintain all of the records and files in a secure, organized manner consistent with appropriate company procedures and policy requirements;
? Manage, with a high level of maturity and discretion, highly confidential and sensitive business and personal information;
? Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or above;
? 5+ years of secretarial experience in a foreign company;
? Good communication and organization skills;
? Ability to work independently to anticipate needs, take initiative, adapt to new situations, and overcome obstacles to get things done;
? Excellent English both in oral and written;
? Excellent computer skills, especially MS office.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Having experience supporting up to GM or director level is preferred.
