本岗位将于今年底搬迁到江苏太仓，届时公司会提供上海—太仓来回班车，或者提供太仓免费宿舍。

岗位职责：

1.新产品、新材料供应商的寻找、资料收集及开发工作；
2.对新供应商品质体系状况（产能、设备、交期、技术、品质等）的评估及认证，以保证供应商的优良性；
3.与供应商的比价、议价谈判工作；
4.针对产品的技术及品质要求与技术及品质部门沟通与协调,拟制采购合同；
5.对旧供应商的价格、产能、品质、交期的跟踪工作，以确定原供应商的稳定供货能力；
6.及时跟踪掌握原材料市场价格行情变化及品质情况，以期提升产品品质及降低采购成本；
7.采购计划编排．物料之订购及交期控制；
8.与供应商有关技术、品质问题的沟通与协调；
9.采购部门有关文件的拟制。

岗位要求：

1.男女不限，本科以上学历，工科背景，有五年以上的相关工作经验；
2.理解质量体系的相关内容，熟知对供应商的考察方法及考察内容；
3.有较广的供应商资源，掌握各种议价技巧，有较强的成本意识；
4.有良好的沟通表达能力，有跨部门协作经验；
5.能用熟练使用英语（听、说、读、写需流利）。
