Job Purpose:
To lead the customer service team, achieve customer satisfaction and maintain a strong relation with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Build the team and coach employees
* Process customer complaints about product quality, short/over shipment, damaging to packaging, delayed/missed delivery, etc. and coordinate with relevant functions to seek closure of the complaints
* Maintain customer master data in ERP system
* Maintain price list in ERP system
