Competencies required
Primary Competencies:
l Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
l Outstanding coaching & facilitation skills
l Self-motivated, result-oriented
l Highly organized and skilful to handle multi-task
l Detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the big picture
l Resourceful with good initiative
Language Competencies:
l Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
l Proficiency in Cantonese would be an advantage
Computer Skills:
l Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Power point)
Education:
l Bachelors degree or above in Training, Human Resources or related disciplines
Experience:
l Proven track record of 5-8 years of solid hands-on training & development experience in program design & delivery preferably in retail service industry within multinational organizations;
l At least 4 years managerial experience;
l Demonstrated skills & knowledge in training, coaching & adult learning;
l Retail service experience is highly preferred;
l Overseas exposure is highly desirable
