职位描述:
1、Manage all materials functions including but not limited to: supplier chain management, purchasing, production control, inventory management, material store, shipping control functions and on-time delivery
2、Manage the departmental budget to achieve monthly and annual spending goals plan, control and monitor daily procurement process and weekly MRP execution
3、Streamline shop floor scheduling system to fit lean manufacturing environment, including cycle time and raw, WIP and FG goals
4、Supervise a team of planners to oversee capacity planning and production scheduling
5、Manage and control overall inventory within management target
6、Analyze figures such as sales forecasts, orders and production records to obtain accurate inventory
7、Develop strategic supply agreements to leverage buying power and achieve Cost Saving targets
8、Work with suppliers and production department to eliminate waste and damage to materials
9、Manage supplier base to meet quality, price and delivery objective set by management
10、Oversee the performance of vendors in terms of output and meeting deadlines
11、Negotiate competitive prices without compromising product quality and available capacity
12、Develop and monitor quarter and annual cost reduction program
职位要求:
1、Bachelor degree in mechanics or related in field
2、At least 10 years or above working experiences of material management
3、Effective interpersonal communication and bear working pressure
4、Good analysis skills are recommended
5、Excellent planning and priority setting skills is needed
