职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
w To ensure financial control is maintained and developed across the business unit including 100% compliance with all SOX requirements
w Oversee and ensure the integrity of accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reporting to management / Home Office / Corporate Finance with US GAAP and statutory requirements
w Provide management and the commercial team with timely financial reports
w Oversee the audit process in conjunction with the Time Audit group and the WHE International Director, Compliance and ensure all audit findings/follow-up items are completed
w Manage and develop staff in accounting team.
Requirements:
w At least 8 years experience gained in a professional services organization, including at least 5 years of managerial experience
w SAP knowledge
w Excellent Communication Skills
w Problem-Solving skills
w Good command in English both written and verbally
