Job Responsibilities:

Act as compensation and benefit functional leader for company and the key contact with World Headquarters Compensation Team representing company
Understand the business strategies, talent market trend and practices to monitor, adjust and develop effective Compensation and Benefit strategy, policy and programs to attract, motivate and retain top talent.
Ensure consistency, compliance and competitiveness through collaboration with HR team across different groups and locations to guide, direct and monitor pay practices and lead the benchmarking and approval for salary ranges
Develop market survey strategies and recommendations with Corporate C&B regarding competitive pay structure positioning, pay practices and merit budgets for salaried positions in BMAP to ensure global strategy alignment
Compensation and benefit survey, including gathering and analyzing data and interpreting survey findings for market comparison and policy review as well as participation in external surveys
