职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
w Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the company.
w Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the entire company.
w Directs a process of organizational development that primarily addresses succession planning throughout the company. Coordinates activities across all division lines.
w Establishes standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures.
w Provides necessary education and materials to line management and employees workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, standardized reports.
w Ensure effective communication with all departments and regional locations of the organization to ensure that their people needs are met.
Candidate Requirements:
w Bachelor,s degree or above from a prestigious university.
w At least 10 years HR experience including significant experience as an HR leader.
w Candidates must have a proven track record of strategic HR business partnering.
w Must be experienced in all aspects of the generalist role including employee relations, compensation, talent development, change management, performance management and coaching.
w Strong collaboration, influence, communication, and project management skills.
w Strong business acumen and customer focus needed.
w Previous experience with a growing multinational company is preferred.
