职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Lead purchasing performance & suppliers management in the region
2. Work with key site based engineering personnel to identify and develop opportunities to optimise the overall number of suppliers and improve the commercial terms for engineering equipment
3. Establish a relationship with local site purchasing teams to enable data collection and active support of project activity
Requirements:
1. Ideally have both a commercial and engineering or production background
2. With minimum 5 years purchasing-related experience
3. have a sound understanding of contracts and contract law and be experien ed in supplier negotiations
4. fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
