岗位要求：

1、大专以上厨师专业学历；

2、五年以上工作经验，二年以上管理经验，有酒店餐饮行业经验；

3、对川菜熟悉、会做西餐；

4、有良好的沟通 能力及管理能力；

5、计算机办公软件能熟练操作；

岗位职责：
1、根据客户和项目经理的要求设计菜单，准备订单，制定食品生产流程。

2、执行公司的安全流程；

3、对后厨员工进行培训和指导；

4、为厨师提供指导，确保执行正确的工作流程、及时完成工作分配、呈现整洁的个人形象、执行公司健康和安全流程，并随时关注和预防质量和安全问题。

5、征求客户中高层意见并采取措施实施改进。

6、协助项目经理利用各方资源建设团队并提高士气。
