Overall Purpose of Job

? Senior Business Analyst (QAD) is a part of Information Systems. The QAD Business Analyst is responsible for the management of the implementation / support for QAD implementation in Shanghai. The position must carry out post-implementation application support and maintenance services for China and other Asia Pacific sites

Major Responsibilities
List the major responsibilities and accountabilities of this position. Include quantifiable data where appropriate (i.e. budget dollars, etc.)

? Provide QAD implementation and support in AP and comply with TRW AP IS standard
? Establish a standard configuration and control files set-up for all Asia-Pacific chassis sites within TRW standard guidelines and SOX compliance.
? Carry out post-implementation application support and maintenance services for Asia Pacific sites
? Ensure new QAD related features and process are effectively integrated within the business function to achieve maximum productivity.
? Periodically review existing QAD systems and business process for potential improvement.
? Ensure business processes running on production system(s) are operating according to process design and in compliance with business procedures / controls.
? Provide solutions through the design and delivery of new processes, evaluating new functionalities in QAD or 3rd party solutions.
? Study and analyst new user requirements for process improvement and automation.


? Create functional, analysis and solution documents for user change request.
? Perform and manage QAD version or service pack upgrades project in AP as required.

? Recognized bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
? Demonstrated ERP expertise in at least one of the following areas: manufacturing, distribution and/or finance modules.
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify user's needs and tailor solutions to meet user requirements.
? Strong Project management skills.
? Strong customer-focused attitude and ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to shop floor personnel.
? Must be willing to travel.
? Ability to work in a team.
? Programming knowledge of Progress for QAD application preferred

Education & Work Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline

Language: Good command of written and spoken English.

Experience:
? Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in support and/or implementation of ERP applications preferably with QAD experience/certified
? Working experience in the area of manufacturing or consulting environment.
