Major Responsibilities

• Cooperate with global sales team to develop and create the new business opportunities with strategic customers in China.
• Present new TRW Automotive Active and Passive Safety system concept to OEM customer in China.
• Prepare the Project Summary and coordinating the pre-project screening with China Sales organization.
• Present business opportunities to top management and support top management decision.
• Coordinate vehicle level quote packages with cross-functional teams.
• Be responsible for Price negotiation with OEM customer and getting contracts signed by customer.
• Support commercial issues of program management.
• Support the sales team from TRW JV and plant to improve the account management with strategic customers.

· Familiarity with customer quotation processes and be able to develop close relationship with customer to maintain account profitability.

· Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Education & Work Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree or above with Business Management or Trading.

Language: Proficiency in oral and written English

Experience: 1-3 years experience in multinational company, with strong sales experience, preferred in Automotive background.
