岗位职责：

1. 合同订立之后，协助销售与相关客户保持联系，沟通出货情况；

2. 与客户做好订单确认，技术确认及完成合同制作、外部合同的审核与合同审批流程；

3. 有技术变更时，作好与客户的技术变更及商务变更确认；

4. 项目投标时，协助销售做好前期工作直至投标文件的制作完成。项目授权，帮助销售完成其他资质文件的准备；

5. 与客户经行简单的技术交流；

6.区域内项目信息的整理，询报价，CRM系统的录入与跟进。

岗位要求：

1. 具有良好的团队合作精神，与公司内部同事及客户良好的交流协作能力；

2. 专科文凭相关专业；有机械类知识经验优先考虑；

3. 熟悉各类办公软件(WPS操作，Excel函数，Word排版)的应用，PS、CAD基础应用；

4. 工作认真负责，细心严谨。
