Overview

Full cycle recruitment process hiring Local Teachers, Progress advisers, Course Consultants and other local positions across Kids and Teens schools throughout Xi’an.

The Role

• Cover the recruitment of positions in Xi’an, including CV screening, conducting telephone interviews, face to face interviews, arranging interviews for line managers, and so on.
• Support the daily work to the HR Manager.
• Manage different channels to make sure the recruitment efficiency
• Able to work independent for the full-circle recruitment
