岗位职责JD:

  

- 负责对客户的产品调试及技术指导。对电动，气动，液动执行机构有较深的了解，熟悉电气自动化相关知识。

  

To help customers for products adjustment and technical teaching. Have the experience for electrical actuator and pneumatic actuator.

  

 

  

- 为客户提供电话，邮件或现场的技术支持。

  

To provide technical advice to customers through the phones, email or on site.

  

- 处理来自客户的产品质量投诉及修理故障。配合现场安装公司，自控公司进行产品的安装和调试工作，包括机械调试和自控线路调试。

  

To work on customers' troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue.

  

 

  

- 给客户提供正确的技术信息及工具。

  

To provide customers with technical information and/or tools

  

- 必要时给予产品部件的更换。

  

To deliver replace parts of products when necessary.

  

 

  

- 与工厂协作处理内部NCR流程。

  

To organize the internal NCR process with factory.

  

 

  

 

  

岗位要求Requirements/Qualification :
- 能够接受大部分时间国内不同城市间的出差。40岁以下，***。

  

more than 50% time for trip around different cities in China.

  

 

  

- 具有专业的技术背景，超过三年阀门/水泵制造行业就业经验，有电工证。

  

Solid professional technical background , minimum 3 years in valve manufacture company.

  

 

  

- 车间工作经验，能够熟练操作工具。

  

Workshop experience and be good at using handle tools.

  

 

  

- 了解蝶阀，闸阀，止回阀和执行机构的知识。熟知阀门的基本结构及工作原理。
knowledge for butterfly valve, gate valve, check valve and the actuators. Be clear about how      the valves’ basic structure and function.

  

 

  

- 良好的沟通技巧和合作能力。

  

Nice communication and coordinating skill is required.
