1、人力资源管理或企业管理类专业本科及以上学历；

2、有人力资源管理3年以上工作经验；

工作经验：

1、具有53年以上人力资源工作经验，有独立负责招聘或薪酬福利运行经验；

2、掌握国家人力资源管理及劳动管理法律、法规，熟悉日常人事管理的业务流程；

3、具有严谨细致、积极正向的工作作风，善于问题的分析解决，能积极主动的推进工作；

4、酒店行业人力资源管理相关岗位经历优先。
