Job Overview概述

·         Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, he/she shall be responsible for the planning, sourcing, procurement and warehousing of equipment, materials and other services in supporting all the MRO activities required by the business.

向采购经理汇报，他/她将负责所需设备/材料和其他服务的计划、采购和仓储，以支持业务所需的所有MRO活动。

Roles & Responsibilities角色及责任

·         Plan, provision, source, subcontract and purchase spares and components from approved suppliers/sources, ensuring optimum inventory level to meet end-customer’s turnaround time. 

·         通过批准的供应商，进行备件和组件的计划、供应、分包和采购，确保***库存水平，以满足终端客户的周转时间。

·         Negotiate and source for competitive pricing without compromising on quality and service level.  

·         在不影响质量和服务水平的情况下，通过谈判获得有竞争力的价格。

·         Maximize fill rates, monitor and improve supplier performance.

·          获取最具竞争力的价格，并对供应商进行监控。

·         Carry out cost savings and process improvement initiatives.

·          执行成本节约和过程改进措施。

·         Identify and reduce non-moving stock. 

·         识别并减少非移动库存。

·         Update purchase orders records and liaise with suppliers on discrepancies.

Job Requirement职位要求

XIESA (Xi'an CEA Safran Landing Systems Services Co., Ltd), a joint venture agreement signed on November, 2016betweenby China Eastern Airlines, one of China's three major state-owned backbone of the air transport group, and Safran, the French aerospace and defense group and registered on Jul. 2017. XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an. Today, Xi'an has already become the aviation hub and aviation maintenance center, hence it is deemed as an ideal location of XIESA, the new landing gear MRO center. The center is XIESA companies to provide landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) services center of excellence.
