主要职责:

1       设计，实施，安装，配置，集成，故障排除和管理高频，超高频，卫星通信，无线电通信套件和相关的加密设备。

2       负责跟踪系统需求，开发工作，并协助系统升级/改进的持续工程。  

3       维护系统，制定预防性维护计划，定期进行预防性维护。

4       提供技术支持，解决问题，并为用于与卫星通信的硬件和软件系统提供解决方案  

5       与供应商，客户以及其他内部和外部的关键利益相关者保持联系    

6       为不同的项目做报告和管理资源，参加新产品和网络的会议和简报会。

要求/资格  

1      通信技术工程相关学位，至少5年卫星通信技术公司或航空航天行业相关工作经验。   

2      熟练使用频谱分析仪，矢量网络分析等设备 

3      熟悉卫星通信原理，了解卫星天线，微波等相关专业知识 

4     具备卫星通信天线知识，具有调试反射天线，平面天线和双波段天线的能力    

5     从事滤波器，OMT，偏振器等无源微波器件的调试工作    

6     有进行技术调查并向领导团队提供结果的经验。

7     具有较强的普通话组织能力和沟通能力，具备基本的英语读，写，说能力。

8     喜欢在团队环境中工作，与不同职能的人合作。

9     能够在快节奏，瞬息万变的环境中有效地工作。

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design, implement, install, configure, integrate, troubleshoot and manage HF, UHF, SATCOM, radio communications suites and associated cryptographic equipment deployed.

·        Responsible for tracking system requirements, development efforts and assist with continued engineering of system upgrades/ improvements.

·        Maintain systems and develop preventive maintenance schedules and conduct periodic preventive maintenance.

·        Provides technical support, resolve issues, and provide solutions for hardware and software systems used to communicate with satellite

·        Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other key stakeholders both internal and external.

·        Making presentations and managing resources for different projects as well as attending conferences and briefings on new products and network.

Requirements/Qualifications

·        Engineering related degrees in communication technology with minimum 5 years of related work experience in satellite communication technology companies or aerospace industry.

·        Proficiency in the use of spectrum analyzers, vector network analysis and other equipment

·        Familiarity with satellite communication principles, knowledge of satellite antennas, microwave and other related professional knowledge

·        Knowledge of satellite communication antennas, with ability to debug reflective antennas, flat antennas and dual-band antennas

·        Engaged in the debugging of passive microwave devices such as filters, OMT, polarizers, etc.

·        Experience in conducting technical investigations and providing results to leadership team

·        Strong organizational and communication skills in Mandarin and basic level for English in reading, writing and speaking.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Enjoys working in a team environment and collaborating with people in different functions.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
