岗位职责：

1、熟悉热处理、焊接技术要求和质量标准，能进行相关工艺的设计和研究；编写或审查工艺规程，完成工艺评定；

2、负责热处理过程质量控制，审核记录及报告，确认效果；

3、负责热处理人员的业务培训和考核；

4、经常深入现场发现和及时解决生产中出现的技术问题；控制现场工艺的实施过程；

5、管理热处理工艺文件，进行工艺及材料的检测分析，协助产品主管解决涉及工艺的质量问题。

6、结合公司实际做好热处理工艺的持续改进工作，保证工艺方法及工艺装备合理高效。

任职要求：

1、25-35岁，相关专业本科以上学历；

2、在焊接、热处理、冷冲压等机械领域有技术专长；

3、熟练使用Autocad、Solidworks、Excel等计算机软件。
