• 熟悉系统和车辆级别测试工具(如INCA,CANoe, CANape,熟悉智能驾驶测试工具如VTD, Presan等为佳)；

• 熟悉不同的测试套件；
• 具备一定脚本编写能力;

• 具有几种不同车辆系统的经验；
• 具备一定的需求分析能力并研究其可测性;
• 能够在考虑用例和场景的情况下设计测试用例和测试程序；
• 了解复杂性的测试理论/原理（例如等价类，边界值等），并能够抽象测试用例；
• 能够研究和定义全新的无经验系统测试概念，例如 V2X和CVIS

• Familiar with state of the art test tool at system and vehicle level (e.g. CANoe, INCA, CANape, HAD/ADAA test tools e.g. VTD, Prescan are preferred); 
• Familiar with different test sites; 
• Experiences with several different systems; 
• Experiences with test scripts writing;
• Experiences with requirements analysis e.g. to evaluate the test-ability;
• Able to design test cases and test programs in consideration of use cases and scenarios; 
• Understand test theories/ principles (e.g. equivalent classes; boundary value…and others) and able to abstract test cases) from complexities; 
• Able to research and define brand new test concept for no-experience system, e.g. V2X and CVIS
• The work shall be precise, patient and details-oriented.
