This position is responsible for supporting division F,P&A manager to provide performance analysis to support business growth and management decision. The responsibilities include monthly closing, rolling forecast coordination, margin analysis, sales performance analysis, profit plan preparation, etc.




Responsibilities:

A. Review subordinates financial statement. Consolidate actual results at division level and provide valuable comments on performance analysis.

B. Coordinate and provide rolling forecast on monthly basis.

C. Liaison with business unit controller to provide monthly performance analysis.

D. Provide monthly sales / margin / expense analysis at division level.

E. Provide consolidated division performance results (KPIs/metrics).

F. Provide necessary analysis to support business growth / management decision.

G. Support business unit to provide sales performance analysis.

H. Support growth initiative - EESS business.

I. Support profit plan and strategic plan preparation.

J. Liaison with share service to maintain and manage division ledger.

K. Support Division F,P&A manager and APAC on other reporting requirement.






Requirements:

A. Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting

B. Over 3 years' experience on accounting and costing or F,P&A. Candidate must be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint software.
