For Mobility Rolling Stock- 1 in Beijing, we are looking for a BU Commercial Manager to shape the connected Mobility with us.

What are your responsibilities?

He / She is responsible for:

•Lead the BU together with theGeneral Manager, direct and control the following activities withinBU: financial, controlling, audit,risk and asset management, procurement and logistics, taxes, legal,compliance, data protection and information security, IT and e-businessetc.

•Bear responsibility for the financialresult of the BU. Drive and manage the annual budgeting process as well asquarterly and monthly forecasting procedures, analyze the financialperformance and the variance on key financial indicators, such as orderintake, revenue, profit, cash flows and net capital employed and deriveand develop measures from it.

•Development andimplementation of SMO and BU business strategies, as well as acquisition/partneringstrategies for identified opportunities.

•Coordinate internal andexternal interfaces regarding financial and administrative activities,including customers, suppliers, local authorities, BU headquarters, JVsand SLC Corporate departments.

What do you need to qualify for this job?

•12 years plus workexperience in a variety of commercial and financial roles and functions,including bid and project management.

•Excellent leadership, peoplemanagement and communication skills.

•Successful track record in managinga business with explicit P&L responsibility.

•Pro-active working and communicationstyle and, as a quick learner and strong analyzer, ability to identifyissues and areas for improvement early on.

•Up-to-date knowledge of theIFRS accounting environment, SAP application knowledge a plus.

•Very high proficiency in Englishfor a highly complex work environment.

•Proficiency in Chinese andintercultural experience is preferred.

•Financial and/ or business administrator educational background is preferred.
