Tasks:

-        International company Documentation creation and maintenance.

-        Planning and creating new products user documentation such as user manuals, application notes and quick guides in English and Chinese languages.

-        Update and maintain existing products user documentation.

-        Write, update and maintain online help and internet site content.

-        Coordinate translators (contractors) work.

 

Requirements (must have):

-        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

-        Minimum 2 years technical writing experience.

-        Good communication skills in both Chinese and English in speaking and writing.

-        Ability to work independently on given tasks, make schedules and follow them.

-        Show initiative, motivation, work systematically and goal-oriented.

 

Requirements (good to have):

-        Experience of Adobe tool (e.g. Framemaker, illustrator, indesign, Robohelp).

-        Knowledge about Drive, Motion Control and PLC products

-        Willing to develop user documentation process.

-        Work or study experience abroad or in an international company.

-        Experience of testing and verification process of industrial products.
