Tasks: 职责

• Working as part of Drive Products R&D department, servo motion team

  传动产品线研发部伺服团队

• Building Automated Test system and developing Automated Testing Framework for Software tools

  构建自动测试系统架构和开发自动测试软件工具的整体框架架构

• Analyze requirements and create test cases to validate them

  分析测试任务的需求，设计测试工具（测试台、箱、柜）并验证。

• Make development plan and move development as schedule

  构建研发计划并驱动几乎的实现

• Support product development team to define test scope and to make test plan

  支持产品开发团队来确定测试的范围并制定测试方案。

• Support internal and external customers in technical challenges

• 支持内部和外部客户的技术挑战

• Support competence buildup in the team and whole organization

  支持团队及部门的人员技能提升建设

   

Requirements (must have): 必须技能

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation is preferred

  本科、硕士学历，计算机技术、计算机工程、电气工程设计或自动化专业。

• Experience in Desktop Automated testing Framework (e.g. Robot Framework + Whitelibrary/SeleniumLibrary)

  自动化测试框架的经验（例如 Robot Framework + Whitelibrary/SeleniumLibrary）

• Experience of working in Python, Javascript, HTML, XML, TCP/IP, etc.

  Python, Javascript, HTML, XML, TCP/IP等的工作经验

• Knowledge of Software quality control process

  具备软件质量控制流程的相关知识

• Create test procedures that may be followed by other team members

  创立测试步骤流程，供团队成员使用

• Experience with SW development language in C#.

• 基于C#的软件开发的经验

• Good English and Chinese communication skills (Oral and writing) and positive attitude

  具备良好的英语、汉语沟通能力（口语和书写）以及正面的工作态度

   

Requirements (good to have): 加分经验和能力

• Working experience > 3 years

• 三年以上工作经验

• Experience of working in a scrum/agile environment / development team

• 具有灵活快捷开发团队工作经验

• Experience with InstallShield, ability to do creation and verification of installers for builds.

  有InstallShield的使用经验，能够进行创立和检验

• Team Foundation Services - used for requirement storage and bug tracking

  存储及Bug跟踪的经验

• Experience in Visual Studio Unit testing

  Visual Studio Unit testing的经验

• Certificated ISTQB

  ISTQB认证

• International experience (work or study)
