This is a Contractor Role.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
? Manage appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
? Develop and edit correspondence, memorandums, reports and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access)
? Perform general administrative duties including call screening and mail processing, travel arrangements, expense reports and file system development and maintenance
? Coordinate special events and programs
? Assists and/or leads the BU's administrative meetings and formulating of department practices/policies
? Deals professionally with sensitive and confidential matters and materials
? Manages day-to-day administrative processes and team coordination with little to no supervisory
? Support managers and HRM on new employee on boarding process
? Responsible for indirect sourcing of office and team supplies
? Mentors and provides direction and guidance to collaborate with other admins within the organization
? Communicate effectively across all of the organization
Qualifications/Requirements:
? 5 + years relevant experience in international company
? Fluent in both English & Chinese for verbal and written communication
? Strong interpersonal skills, independent judgment, and a deep understanding of both strategic and tactical business needs
? Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as detailed management and leadership, capabilities are a must
? Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
? Ability to multi-task; fully dedicated
? Conflict resolution
