职位描述：

1）深入了解国内医疗发展的环境和方向，以及国内医院的需求；

2）负责协助国际资源开发，立足国内需求，与海外沟通、设计国际交流项目；

3）负责国际交流项目的全程管理；

4）负责国际项目外出的组织、协调、陪同；请进来项目的前期沟通、落地执行；

5）与各区域KA及项目经理沟通，了解各地方需求，确保项目的顺利执行。

Job description：

1)In-depth understanding of the domestic medical development environment and direction, as well as the needs of domestic hospitals;

2)Responsible for assisting the development of international resources, based on domestic needs, communicating with overseas and designing international exchange projects;

3)Responsible for the overall management of international exchange projects;

4)Responsible for the organization, coordination and escort of the overseas medical exchange projects; early communication and implementation of the professor visiting projects;

5)Communicate with KA and project managers in various regions to understand local needs and ensure smooth project execution.

任职要求：

1）硕士及以上学历，英语/口译/笔译/医学英语等相关专业；

2）有对口国家海外留学交流或工作经历优先；

3）具备专业的英语综合能力，口语流利；

4）具备较强的分析洞察能力、沟通表达能力和项目管理能力；

5）具备良好的团队合作能力，积极主动、执行力强；

6）具备较强的抗压能力和临场应变能力。

7）外向亲和、高效执行力、创新思维、自我发展需求强烈、进取型人才、能够适应长期国际出差。

Job requirements：

1）Master degree or above, major in English/Interpreting/Translation/Medical English etc.

2）Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

3）Possess professional English comprehensive ability and fluent oral English;

4）Have strong analytical insight, communication and expression ability and project management ability;

5）Possess good teamwork ability, proactive and strong execution;

6）Possess strong compressive ability and on-site adaptability.

7）Outgoing , efficient execution, innovative thinking, strong self-development needs, enterprising talent, able to adapt to long-term international travel.
