Position: CAG Education Marketing Communications Manager, Intel China

Scope of responsibility and anticipated duties:

The person will be responsible for executing holistic CAG education marketing programs in the China Corporate Affairs(CAG) Education team, which is focused on working with government and the education communities in driving education transformation, supporting business growth and enhancing reputation by planning and implementing strategic education initiatives in China.

The responsibilities would include planning and executing strategic marketing programs such as targeted communications campaigns with key audience though online and print media, major education events, marcom collaterals, internal communications activities, etc. The person will also manage an online community project which is targeted for the education community in China to promote Intel's education programs. The person will be the liason between CAG and internal communications and PR/communications teams, and is expected to work with relevant internal/external stakeholders to initiate and execute marketing communications programs for maximized impact.

Qualifications:

? Broad marketing experience across multiple marketing disciplines: strategic marketing, initiative marketing, digital marketing and marketing communications
? Experience reflecting an understanding of the education environment is desired
? Ability to build and negotiate support and commitment from internal and external stakeholders, as well as effectively communicate Intel's Education messages
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing priorities and expectations
? Strong program management skills and able to lead and get work done through others
? Self-motivated, able to work under pressure with minimal direction, team player
? Flexible with change and ability to live with ambiguity
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English
? Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of related work experience or Master's degree and minimum 8 years of related work experience is required.
