职位描述
· POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for crafting, prioritising, and implementing Temperature products China Marketing programs to facilitate business development
· MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Involved in the development growth plan for the product family to reach certain booking and price goal, as well as market share
2. Increase sales of the product family in PRC region by driving and supporting sales team
3. Make relative analysis (i.e. industry breakdown data, product penetration plans, competition and data and customer booking data, market share, forecast ) pertaining to the business
4. Develop professional and customized promotion tools and promotion plan to support business growth
5. Look for new growth opportunities to sustain the growth
6. Champion the product family to align with global/AP strategy and recommend product modifications as necessary to head quarter
7. Provide best supports to sales (seminar, training, technical support, bidding support, project coordination,..)
8. Liaison with other function to ensure the products are supported to deliver the growth plan
· JOB COMPETENCIES
1. A good understanding of process instrumentation
2. Fast in learning
3. Strong interpersonal, communication and planning skill
4. Strong presentation skills
5. Strong computer proficiency in the use of a presentation package (such as PowerPoint), a spreadsheet (such as Excel), and a word processor (such as Word).
6. Capable of extensive travel within China to support the sales efforts and travel outside China for training and other business meetings.
7. Driving for result and customer focus
· EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Automation, Instrumentation...),
2. 2 years+ marketing, BD, technical support experience. Experience in process industry is preferred.
3. Job location: Not specific
