About Us

In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, driving lead and cycle time improvements, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions Essential Functions/Responsibilities 1.Lead and effectively interface with manufacturing and other support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, cost savings, and new product development goals within schedule and budget 2.Design necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing NPI's and for process improvements 3.Work with global system team, AME and local related team to keep product at same page as global 4.Lead sample built and pilot-run for new product. 5.Participate in LEAN initiative, and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements 6.Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycles 7.Bring new ideas and positive support to the current process 8.Implement productivity actions in order to improve the process and respect objectives 9.Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area 10.Interface with vendors and internal contacts in an effective manner to ensure that the technical and EHS perspective is properly conveyed

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Diploma degree in Engineering2. 2+year experience industrialization or process in industrial company3. Practiced in office software, AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid-work are preferred4. Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred5. Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions6. Strong organizational skills7. Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously8. Ability to work in a matrix organization 9. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills10. Strong oral and written bilingual communication skills11. Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects12. Strong project and team leadership
