职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Support improvement tasks/projects to make breakthrough in supply management
? Support commodity managers to implement productivity projects
? Support and manage major/critical supply recovery and assure continuity supply with no line stoppage
? Trouble shooting with suppliers on delivery. Have sense of urgency and priority.
? Need to manage around 100 suppliers( 50% domestic/50% oversea)
? Find root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically
? Manage suppliers On-Time delivery performance and is able to find ways to improve
? Coordinate the Engineering Change Order and assure implementation effectively RFQ based on sourcing’s strategy
? Implement Lean Supply Chain (Consignment/VMI etc.)
? Interact with suppliers and various departments regarding procurement Policy & Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
? 本科学历
? 有2年及以上采购工作经验，了解采购流程
? 英语书面熟练，口语可沟通
? 良好的沟通协调能力，以及应急解决问题的能力
? 有SAP系统经验优先考虑
