职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Support all business processes for Customers Activation and Services, including
customer registration processing, daily customers support, cases analysis
and reporting.
? Administer the technical tools and systems used to support the operational processing.
? Coordinate operational activities related to customer implementations, service
partners and projects.
? Identify unusual transactional activity and support customer inquiries.
? Generate daily and monthly metric reporting related to operational activities.
? Perform regular operational processing reviews to ensure adherence to policy and
procedures.
? Develop departmental procedures for new/existing business processes as needed.
? Facilitate departmental projects as needed.
? Perform detailed business analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
? 5+ years experience in general business operations.
? 2-3 years of project management, business analysis, or audit experience.
? Demonstrated understanding of operational processes.
? Solid customer service and organizational skills
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent written and oral communications skills in Chinese and English; team player
? Analytical and computer skills, intensive technical skills, internet environment
proficiency, downloading and merging of files are all required.
? EDI knowledgebase and/or CRM tools experience a plus.
? Proficient use of Excel, Visio, Access, and Word
? A Bachelor's Degree is required.
