工作职责：
1、能很好完成空调、通风等设备运行、维护、保养、维修工作，并按指定巡检路线进行每日设备、设施巡检，掌握设备、设施的运行状况，遵守正确的安全操作规程进行设备的操作、维修和保养工作；
2、按照相关程序要求检测空调通风设备的相关运行参数等，***限度地降低由于运行异常造成的设备中断；
3、定期检查所有设备上的相关标识是否与现场情况匹配，参与计划性的空调通风设备的预防性维护工作，空调机房的室内清洁和5S工作；
4、做好消防水系统的日常检查，配合专业消防公司做好专业年度检测。
任职资格：
1、高中或中专以上学历，***40岁以下； 
2、3年以上空调设施实际操作维护经验，有数据中心经验者优先；
3、持制冷相关证书；
                                    4、良好的沟通、协调，客户服务意识，责任心强。
上班时间：
白夜休休，12小时
薪资福利：
税前7K，入职缴纳五险一金，可提供住宿
